So, we haven't updated in a while because things have been very busy in our lives. Wedding planning has taken to the back burner as we prepare for our next big adventure--relocation!
Jessica has accepted an RN position in the Medical Intensive Care Unit of the Cleveland Clinic. She begins on May 3rd. In the meantime, we have been busy cleaning out our home here in Columbus to prepare for the move. The past several weekends have been spent up in Cleveland searching for a new place to live. After several trips and over 30 apartment showings, we finally found the perfect spot! We are excited to call Rocky River our new home!
This upcoming weekend, Joe's parents and Jay and Linda will be over to help us move all the big furniture up to the North Coast. Joe will be spending early May staying with our friend Ben as he finishes out his tenure with the State of Ohio and Jessica begins Orientation at the Clinic.
Once we get settled, we hope to get back into wedding planning. We have done a few things, however. We have chosen our photographer, Finest Moments. They covered Jessica's cousin Craig's wedding. You can see their awesome Halloween wedding photos here. Last week, we also had the opportunity to have an engagement shoot here in Columbus. Those photos were done by one of Jessica's nursing school friends, EB Cairns. We had a blast wandering all over the Short North, Goodale, and North Bank Park. We'll post some pics once they're available.
